By accessing or using RoomGlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. RoomGlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

RoomGlow is an AI-powered interior design service that allows users to upload photos of rooms and receive AI-generated redesigns in various interior design styles. The service uses artificial intelligence to transform room images based on your selected style preferences.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use RoomGlow
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Subscription Plans and Billing

RoomGlow offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 generations (no credit card required)
• Pro (€9.99/month): 30 generations per month
• Unlimited (€19.99/month): Unlimited generations

Billing terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the subscription fee at the start of each period
• Generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

User Content

When you upload room photos to RoomGlow:

• You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded photos
• You grant us a license to store, process, and use your photos to provide the service
• You represent that you have the right to upload the photos and that they do not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You are responsible for the content of your uploads
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

AI-Generated Content

Regarding the AI-generated room redesigns:

• AI-generated images are provided "as-is" without warranties
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations
• We do not guarantee accuracy, realism, or feasibility of designs
• Generated images are for inspiration and visualization purposes only
• You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes
• We retain the right to showcase generated images for marketing (with user consent)

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Upload photos containing personal information of others without consent
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass generation limits or payment systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers)
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

RoomGlow's name, logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission. The underlying software, algorithms, and service architecture are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RoomGlow is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated designs
• We are not liable for third-party service failures (Stripe, Supabase, Replicate)

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RoomGlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoomGlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
